1. Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan

2. Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve, in line with business needs

3. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Integrated Management System (IMS)

4. Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and

5. modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies

6. Undertake regular internal and process audits of the IMS. Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found

7. Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies and Manage the audit nonconformity data base and provide detailed analysis of nonconformities

8. Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO 14001)

9. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

10. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

11. Facilitate customer audit and third party audit.

12. Conduct supplier audit.

Required skills

1. A detailed understanding of IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001

2. Internal Audit & Vendor Audit

3. Core Tools understanding

4. Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills

5. Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
