**Store Operations Management**:

- Manage overall operations of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores. Ensure proper material handling, labeling, storage, and retrieval as per SOP. Supervise inward and outward movement of materials, including dispatch coordination.
- **Inventory Control & Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical stock verification. Reconcile stock variances and maintain minimum stock levels. Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely availability of materials.
- **Documentation & GMP Compliance**:

- Handle all documentation processes in compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records for material receipts, issuances, stock reports, and movement logs. Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation related to storage and dispatch.
- **Quality Assurance Support**:

- Perform the duties of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA). Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS including Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and APQR. Ensure documentation and traceability for quality audits and inspections.
- **Dispatch Management**:

- Plan and execute timely dispatches of finished goods. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery. Ensure packaging and documentation are in order before dispatch.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and QMS systems.
- Proficient in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle audits and compliance documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
