Gresham Global is looking to hire an experienced student counsellor for a U.K. University for the South Asia region. The incumbent will work closely with the India admissions and recruitment team, the students, and the Management.
- Experience of counselling students for international University/ies
- Ability to connect with the student to understand their requirements
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on university policies and guidelines.
- Support the applicants in preparing necessary admission-related documents.
- Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the partner university.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external support staff (partner university)
- Collaborate with partner university academics to organize presentations, information sessions, and recruitment-related activities.
- Perform company administrative and clerical activities when needed.
- Build broad knowledge of partner university admission activities and guidelines.
- Effectively use the CRMs and maintain all company assets defined in the employment agreement.
- Implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the enrolment objectives.
- Be willing to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years

Education: B.Com

Communication: Excellent command over English

Location: Mumbai
