- Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The Admissions Counsellor will be the primary point of contact for individuals interested in our courses, providing information, addressing queries, and facilitating their decision to join CHO Bee Labs.
- Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about CHO Bee Labs' courses, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.

Understand the needs and interests of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.

Conduct campus tours and information sessions.

Address student queries and concerns effectively and professionally.

Collect necessary documentation and ensure its completeness.

Follow up with applicants to encourage enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.

Lead Generation and Conversion:Participate in outreach activities and events to generate leads.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

Work towards achieving enrollment targets.

Communication and Coordination:Liaise with other departments (e.g., academics, marketing) to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Prepare regular reports on admissions activities and progress.

Maintaining Knowledge:Stay updated on the institute's programs, faculty, and any changes in policies or procedures.

Keep abreast of trends in culinary education.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Proven experience in a counselling, customer service, sales, or admissions role is preferred.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and patient with the ability to build rapport.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
