We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Admission Counsellor. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial consultative sales role by guiding prospective learners toward career-transforming programs.
Your mission is to understand their professional goals, provide personalized career advice, and demonstrate how our offerings align with their aspirations. You'll manage the full admissions journey—from initial outreach and lead qualification to program counseling and closing enrollments—while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with marketing to improve lead effectiveness.

- Counsel prospective students through calls, emails & meetings
- Understand requirements & suggest suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments (targets + incentives)
- Maintain accurate student records
