Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient packaging processes.
Material Handling: Load and replenish packaging materials, such as boxes, labels, and containers, ensuring proper placement and usage.
Quality Control: Inspect products for packaging defects, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory quality standards.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor technical issues with machinery to minimize downtime, performing basic maintenance when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and any issues encountered during shifts.
Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean packaging machines and work area after each shift, performing regular maintenance as required.
Collaboration: Work closely with quality control and other production teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve production issues.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the packaging process to enhance productivity and quality.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Prior experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.

**Skills**:Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with packaging equipment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and labeling.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machinery issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift packaging materials, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
