**About EPM: -**

EPM deliver true end to end device management while optimizing the end-user experience and aligning with business goals. **Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Complies with software packaging quality and performance standards, and testing processes & procedures.
- Packages should be delivered within specified SLA.
- Maintains SOP documentation.
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.
- Participates in functional and technical specification reviews and works closely with other EPM teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to team well with peers, customers, project managers.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirement**:

- Excellent Communication Skills and exposer of End User Computing
- Good Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Good Knowledge of programing languages (VBScript/PowerShell/Batch/Bash)
- Experience on MSI/Windows Installer.
- Experience/Knowledge on Virtualization tools (Microsoft App-V/VMWare ThinApp).
- Knowledge on MSIX technology
- Knowledge on SCCM/Intune deployment tool will be an added advantage.

**Key Deliverables (KRA/Measure)**:

- Assessment, Packages and QA should be delivered well within SLA without QA and UAT failure.
- Should be able to write PowerShell / VB / Bash scripts.
- Troubleshooting of packages with deployment team and client.
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.

**Job Specifications & Qualification**:

- Should be **B.Tech/B.E (Computer/IT), MCA.**:

- Shows flexibility/ownership & resilience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work within challenging environments with tight delivery timelines
- Should be open to work 24/7
- Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.
