Skills Required:

- Troubleshoot Application failures during deployment
- Must be ready to work on ticketing systems like Service Now to solve end user issues.
- Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio / Wise Package Studio / ORCA / MSIX / PACE Suite for packaging.
- Must understand and have used one of the following: Windows Command Shell Script, VBScript, or Powershell.
- Expertise in shimming is desirable, but not required.
- Must have an understanding of software deployment on tool like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Must understand a standard packaging process and workflow.
3. Must have political awareness and sensitivity in customer situations.
4. Self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys a team atmosphere
5. Strong analytical problem solving skills to work, research, troubleshoot and analyze problems independently
6. Must be able to meet deadlines.
7. Must be able to work after hours and some weekends.
