**PACKAGING MACHINE OPERATOR - ELECTRONIC MACHINERY**

Electrical Machines to operate.

**Job Description**:

- Daily production planning, and working in batches.
- Operate Packaging, Barcoding and other machinery.
- Operate packaging machinery of several types at varying stages of the production line, performing actions quickly and safely at all times
- Sort and weigh products after packaging to ensure requirements are met and no mistakes have been made
- Perceive the production line ahead of you to anticipate errors and make adjustments as needed to prevent slowing down more than necessary
- Loading product into the machine.
- Perform simple hourly maintenance on your machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate
- Check and update the production manager on the machinery issues and performance.
- Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift, carefully ensuring all information is entered correctly and clearly
- Support other machine operators to ensure the production line runs smoothly and without issues.
- Report malfunctions or errors
- Ensure cleanliness of production area and production machines in compliance with food safety guidelines;
- Make sure all pallets are stacked as straight as possible;
- Execute packaging in accordance with approved documentation;
- Ability to adjust the packaging materials and plan the change during the run;
- Perform room cleaning and line cleaning;
- Ability to put labels in the computer and thread the label through the label maker; (Have knowledge of Barcode printing machinery also)
- Ability to make sure all cases are presentable and sealed tightly;
- Ability to put tape on the tape machine and adjust as needed for different products;
- Maintain an orderly and clean area during all operations;
- Perform line change over, set up, start up, including data collection.
- Assist in MIS Analyst in all data collection during the operation.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in handling AUTOMATED PACKAGING MACHINERY.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem analysis skills;
- Minimum Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum Requirements - ITI certification
- Critical decision-making skills, creativity, multi-tasking ability;
- Basic computer Knowledge,
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing facility, preferable a FOOD PROCESSING PLANT;
- Ability to handle the following machineries: Packaging, Sorting, Barcoding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
