Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Vaxom Packaging Private Limited, based in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, managing sales teams, and meeting sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include market research, customer needs assessment, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the after-sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical packaging industry and technical understanding of packaging machines
