**Research & Development (R&D)** - 5 Years Experience

**Position**: R&D Officer / Senior Officer
**Experience**: 5 Years
**Location**: Maksi, Indore - WOW Inc.
**Qualification (mandatory)**: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Industrial Chemistry). Chemistry knowledge is a must.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop new chemical formulations as per project requirements.
- Conduct lab-scale trials, process optimization, and formulation stability studies.
- Prepare technical documentation including BMR, BPR, and process notes.
- Work closely with QC to develop and validate analytical methods.
- Support technology transfer to production and assist in scale-up batches.
- Research new raw materials, chemicals, and process technologies.
- Conduct compatibility studies for raw materials and excipients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines during R&D work.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
