**Position**: Assistant Training Manager

**Type**: Permanent (Full Time)

**Location**: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Work Days**: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (permanent night shifts)

**Timings**: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM (DLS changes applicable)

**Salary**: Excellent Hike on Current CTC

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire Training for all new joiners - including fresher and lateral - technical and English both
- Manage all trainees - from their infrastructure, time in, time out, leaves, reporting, status, training schedule, training technologies Etc.
- Assess and evaluate all trainees and plan their training schedule, trainer, timings, etc.
- Assign tests, exams and get them evaluates for all trainees
- Train yourself if confident to give training in English or any IT language.
- Minimum experience into training: 6+ years
- Should have good understanding in Technologies & advanced technical skills in e-learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Keen attention to detail.
