**Job Title: POSH Trainer (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Compliance)**

To strengthen our compliance framework under the **POSH Act, 2013**, we are seeking a **POSH Trainer** who can partner with us in conducting training programs and guiding compliance initiatives.

**Role Overview**

The POSH Trainer will be responsible for conducting awareness sessions for employees, specialized training for Internal Committee (IC) members, drafting and reviewing POSH policies, and providing external committee member (EC) support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **staff training sessions** (covering employees from both companies).
- Conduct **specialized IC training** for Internal Committee members.
- Draft and finalize **POSH policies** for both companies.
- Assist with **annual reporting and compliance documentation**.
- Serve as an **External Committee (EC) Member** for both companies.
- Provide guidance and expert advice on POSH-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **POSH Trainer / Consultant / External Committee Member**.
- In-depth knowledge of the **POSH Act, 2013** and compliance framework.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions for diverse employee groups.
- Based in **Bhopal** or open to travel to Bhopal when required.
