**Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance**:

- Handle **day-to-day accounting operations** including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain **books of accounts** in Tally / ERP software.
- Prepare **sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense vouchers.**:

- Perform **bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and journal entries.**:

- Monitor **accounts receivable and payable** and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparation of **monthly financial statements, stock reports, and GST workings.**:

- Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Documentation & Drafting**:

- Maintain proper **documentation of transactions, agreements, and vendor records.**:

- Prepare **MIS reports** and communicate financial summaries to management.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the **sales team, vendors, and customers** for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively in **fluent English (spoken and written)** for official correspondence.
- Liaise with **CA / consultants** for GST, TDS, and taxation matters.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and GST / TDS.**:

- Excellent **English communication and drafting skills**.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
