Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage daily accounting, billing, and financial reporting activities for our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication and drafting skills for professional correspondence with management, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP software.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and journal entries.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, stock reports, and GST workings.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Documentation & Drafting:
- Draft professional emails, quotations, and letters to clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions, agreements, and vendor records.
- Prepare MIS reports and communicate financial summaries to management.
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales team, vendors, and customers for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively in fluent English (spoken and written) for official correspondence.
- Liaise with CA / consultants for GST, TDS, and taxation matters.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and GST / TDS.
- Excellent English communication and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
