**Position Overview**:
**The Role and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee employee travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
- Support the finance team in audits by providing necessary financial documents and reports.
- Review and monitor financial transactions for discrepancies and provide resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies in all financial transactions.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a finance and administrative role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
