**Job Description - Process CoordinatorPosition Overview**
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes in the millet-based food products unit. The role involves supervising production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and facilitating effective communication between departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Production Coordination**
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and targets.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
**2. Team Coordination & Supervision**
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to operators and workers.
- Train staff on production quality & safety practices.
- Monitor manpower efficiency and oversee shift operations.
- Coordinate with MIS & Sales team
**3. Inventory & Resource Management**
- Track usage of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Report stock requirements to the purchase team.
**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily production logs and MIS reports.
- Highlight variances between production plans and actuals.
- Prepare and share periodic performance reports with management.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of production unit
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage workforce effectively.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
