- **Procurement Assistance** - Supporting the procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and placing purchase orders.
- **Logistics Coordination** - Coordinating with vendors, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Order Processing** - Handling customer orders, tracking order status, and ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- **Data Entry and Reporting** - Maintaining accurate supply chain data, generating reports, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Supplier Relationship Management** - Communicating with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- **Warehouse Support** - Assisting in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- **Demand Planning** - Helping to forecast demand based on historical data and market trends.
- **Compliance and Documentation** - Ensuring all supply chain activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Process Improvement** - Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

**Responsibilities of a Fresher Supply Chain Executive**

Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in line with company targets.
Coordinating with suppliers and transporters to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Tracking orders and resolving delivery issues.
Managing supply chain documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Assisting in the development of supply chain strategies.
Handling customer and internal team queries regarding supply chain issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
