**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of our firms. The Marketing Apprentice will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute demand generation strategies, build brand awareness, and drive engagement in the human resource, accounting and taxation space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the recruiting and HR services industry.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow Recruiting Genie's social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand and increase brand visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using relevant tools and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design skills.
- **Learning Mindset**: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
