Apprentice (Fixed term)

Grade Level (for internal use):

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# (.NET Core) and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular and integrate seamlessly with backend services.
• Work extensively with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data efficiently.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows using Databricks and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and QA to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and improve feature delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives within an agile development environment.

• Proven experience in C#/.NET Core backend development.
• Hands-on expertise in Angular for front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or similar big data platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
• Awareness or working knowledge of AI tools and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, and API gateway management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
