The Marketing Apprentice will provide support to the Marketing department and gain exposure to various aspects of marketing and communications. This experience offers the opportunity to develop foundational marketing skills and knowledge through hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting Internal Communications content
- Planning and Executing Internal Events & activities
- Stay updated on Industry trends and best practices in internal communication.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, graphics, and multimedia content for IC campaigns.
- Assist in tracking and analysing IC campaign performance, including generating reports and presenting findings to the marketing team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing department, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing or communications.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
