We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial System Administrator with expertise in Concur to support our clients in managing and optimizing their financial systems. This role requires a deep understanding of financial system administration, troubleshooting, user support, and driving continuous improvements to enhance system efficiency. As a key member of our consulting team, you will help clients ensure smooth operations of Concur’s Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, collaborating with multiple departments to maintain data integrity and streamline financial workflows.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Administer, configure, and provide ongoing support for the Concur Financial System, including the Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve them efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure smooth system operations by performing regular updates, maintenance, and upgrades to the Concur platform.
- Collaborate closely with the finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure the integrity of data and alignment with business processes.
- Manage system configurations, including user access permissions, approval workflows, and reporting settings to ensure proper system functioning.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to educate employees on the proper use of Concur.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports tailored to the needs of the finance department and key stakeholders.
- Work with third-party vendors or consultants for troubleshooting, system updates, and new feature implementations.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to expense reports, travel requests, or invoices within the Concur system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding financial transactions and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate processes to recommend improvements or automation opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
