We are currently searching for a **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the performance of a remote development team, ensuring deadlines are met, code quality is maintained, and development workflows are optimized.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure alignment with modern standards, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive system stabilization and implement robust security measures to ensure reliability and protection against vulnerabilities.
- Enhance testing and QA processes by implementing automated testing frameworks, ensuring all releases meet the Definition of Done.
- Guide the technical evolution of the platform, supporting growth while maintaining high standards of reliability and performance.
- Monitor development pipelines, manage goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on expertise in mobile and backend technologies within the Flutter, Node.js, React.js, Auth0, Stripe, AWS, and Firebase ecosystems.
- Strong experience with real-time communication systems (Socket.IO) and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ).
- Deep knowledge of system stabilization, security best practices, and microservices architecture.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a senior technical leadership role within a Startup SaaS environment (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing distributed development teams and delivering high-quality technical outputs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire remote teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

**Languages**
- Advanced Oral English.

- Fully remote, with the flexibility to work key USA hours.
- Location: Eastern Europe.
