**Purpose of the Function**:
Provide organizational, operational and administrative support to the CCO for smooth functioning of Commercial Department
**Responsibilities**:
- actioning, escalating and delegating as required
b) Act as a liaison between the CCO office and executives, employees, clients, other external partners & the wider business and ensuring all the information flows smoothly and efficiently
c) Travel and Logistics Management
d) Coordinating meetings, appointments.
e) Gather content for meetings, support with presentation materials, paperwork and event management for meetings.
f) Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
g) Build and maintain a strong network across the business.
h) **Assisting in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and tenders.**
i) **Managing and organizing commercial documents and files.**
j) **Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.**
k) **Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.**
l) **Monitoring and updating sales and financial data.**
m) Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure delivery of outcomes. Identify issues and propose solutions.
n) Supporting the CCO in any other tasks as required to achieve departmental goals
o)**Occasional travel to overseas offices as per work requirement.**
**Educational Qualification**:
a) Mandatory - Graduate in any discipline
b) Preferred - Post Graduate in Business Management & Project management certification
**Experience**:
Work experience of large scale and complex projects, from start to finish
**Skills**:
a) Proficiency in MS Office suite, calendar management tools and other computer tools required to efficiently deliver the responsibilities.
b) Strong project management skills
c) Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and able to build rapport and influence at all levels g) Analytical approach to problem solving h) High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
d) Flexibility, professional approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
e) Exceptional attention to detail.
f) Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
g)Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
