**Overview**

iStreamo Galaxy Pvt. Ltd is a dynamic video-based entertainment startup dedicated to building solutions for creative artists. We are seeking an experienced and visionary technology person to join our dynamic team as a CTO. The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy, innovation, and overall technical leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions to achieve business goals.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Technology Strategy**:Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that should align with the company's business objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:Maintain as well as further build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth.
- **Coding**:Stay hands-on with coding to guide and contribute to software development projects.
- **Product Development**: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- **Infrastructure and Operations**:Manage and optimize the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Implement best practices for IT operations and support services.
- **Innovation and Research**:Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation. Drive research and development initiatives to enhance the company's technological capabilities.
- **Communication with Stakeholders**:Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior technology role in industry
- Strong background in software development, architecture, and IT operations.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing complex technology projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology (including leadership) roles.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
