Chief Product Officer (CPO)Job Summary:As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will be the definitive architect of the product vision, the uncompromising voice of the user, and the primary builder of the growth engines that will shape the next era of fintech.This executive role is not about maintaining a roadmapits about imagining the future and shipping it fast.The CPO will drive the entire product journey, from crafting initial MVPs to scaling market-leading products (1 100), while unifying Product, Design, and Technology teams to build with exceptional velocity and precision in a zero-bureaucracy environment.Job Description:Product Vision and Global Strategy:- Define and articulate the strategic Product Visionthe absolute "north star"that guides all development across the wealth, core fintech, and global financial services portfolio.- Establish a robust framework for Global Product Thinking, ensuring all solutions are architected to solve for the complexities of diverse user segments, international currencies, and varied financial behaviors.- Drive a culture of User Obsession, ensuring the development of seamless and intuitive experiences that earn the trust of users worldwide.- Lead strategic planning, road mapping, and investment prioritization to ensure the product portfolio aligns with the company's long-term market leadership ambitions.Execution, Growth, and Product Excellence:- Take complete, end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, leading the charge from initial discovery and crafting the first MVPs to scaling the platform (1 100) to achieve exponential growth.- Demonstrate a history of having scaled real products (not just features) in high-growth startups, established fintech, or premier consumer technology environments.- Apply deep and intuitive expertise in fintech, consumer behavior, and UX excellence at a global scale to ensure product quality and market fit.- Operate with a builder mindset, focusing relentlessly on measurable outcomes, not mere outputs, and maintaining exceptional speed while building with intent and craftsmanship.Executive Leadership and Team Velocity:- Provide decisive, visionary Leadership, bringing together and aligning the Product, Design, and Technology teams to build integrated products at high velocity and precision.- Collaborate directly with the Founding team and executive leadership, contributing to the overall company strategy, culture, and operational excellence.- Thrive in a zero-bureaucracy environment, embracing pure-play building at speed and scale with complete end-to-end ownership (Vision, execution, and measurable impact).- Mentor, inspire, and scale the product management organization, establishing best practices for continuous discovery and high-velocity delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Mandatory significant executive experience (Assumed 12+ years), with a proven track record of product leadership.- Scaling: Mandatory experience having built and scaled products 1 100 in high-growth startups, fintech, or consumer tech.- Expertise: Deep expertise and strong understanding of fintech, consumer behavior, and UX excellence at a global scale.- Vision: Proven ability to define and execute a compelling, long-term Product Vision across complex, multi-market platforms.- Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with proven success leading integrated teams across Product, Design, and Technology.Preferred Skills:- Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification) or a technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.- Experience in wealth-tech, serving high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI), or specialized global financial services.- Experience with platform-level architecture and API strategies in a high-transaction environment.- Prior experience as a successful Founder or executive in a venture-backed environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
