**Job Title: Co-founders & Equal Business Partners for Studio-based Startup & Media Agency**

If so, I'm looking for you to join me as co-founders and equal business partners in a groundbreaking studio-based startup and media agency based in Kolkata.

**About Us**:
Our startup aims to provide comprehensive services in events coverage, ads, film making, and marketing ads. We envision creating captivating content and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients and their audiences. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking, we aspire to carve a niche for ourselves in the ever-evolving media landscape.

**Role Description**:
We are looking for two co-founders who will bring unique skills and expertise to the table:
**1. Co-founder with Artistic Flair & Knowledge of Photography**:

- Proficient in photography and film making with a keen artistic eye.
- Experienced in crafting visually compelling narratives and storytelling.
- Passionate about staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of media production.
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English

**2. Co-founder with Content Planning & Social Media Management Skills (Female Preferred)**:

- Skilled in content planning, creation, and distribution across various platforms.
- Knowledgeable in social media management, including audience engagement and analytics.
- Ability to develop strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset to ideate innovative content strategies.
- Proficient in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

**Requirements**:

- Both co-founders must be based in Kolkata and willing to commit to the startup as equal partners.
- Ability to start the venture as a side hustle initially, with a long-term vision for growth and scalability.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and creativity.
