**Who am I?**

I am starting a startup in Kolkata that aims at the photography, videography & filmmaking industry. We will provide unparalleled creativity and innovation in events coverage, advertising, music videos, fashion projects, and filmmaking.

**Your Role**:
As our co-founder and partner, you will be at the forefront of our business, driving growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate on the development and execution of business strategies.
- Oversee photography, videography, and media production projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all visual content produced.
- Handle editing tasks to enhance the final output.
- Engage in business development activities to grow our client base.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.
- Manage financial planning and budgeting.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A strong passion for art, photography, and filmmaking.
- Proficiency in photography and editing techniques.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in business development.
- Fluency in Bengali and familiarity with the local culture.
- Based in Kolkata, preferably in or near Bhowanipore.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
