Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Co-Founder at Adsult. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in Sales and ability to drive business growth
  • Marketing expertise, including digital marketing and strategy development
  • Proficient in conducting market Research and analyzing industry trends
  • Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
