Job Title: Co-Founder & Business Partner - Scapeview Studios

**Position Summary**:
As a Co-Founder of Scapeview Studios, you will work closely with the existing owner to shape the strategic direction of the company, expand our client base, and further establish our brand in the market. You will have a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative ideas, managing operations, and leading a team of creative professionals. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate team and play a key role in the growth and success of Scapeview Studios.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the owner to define and execute the company's vision, goals, and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Lead a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the production and delivery of high-quality event coverage and media creation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and integrate innovative solutions into our service offerings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Creative thinking and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
