**Associate Trainee - HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research),**

**This is a **Remote Position.**

KMK Consulting Inc. offers a three-month intensive, hands-on training program designed to give entry-level industry-specific knowledge needed to transition to client-based work as a KMK employee. The Associate Trainee will complete all required training and conduct business analyses/data analysis/data science using programming and automation tools to support skill centres within designated KMK business unit.

**Responsibilities and Skills and Knowledge Acquisition**:

- Gain understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug commercialization
- Complete KMK Fundamental Training, with mentorship support
- Conducting appropriate quantitative / qualitative research and provide gainful business conclusion
- Skillful implementation of analytical & statistical competency to derive insightful results
- Proactively collaborate with other team member and stakeholders to define best practices and improve deliverables
- Determine potential risk factors in project implementation & deliverables
- Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables (e.g., data tables, graphs, charts, study reports).
- Necessary project specific business documentation

**Required Competences**:

- Excellent English verbal aptitude skill
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skill
- Good at Statistical and Mathematical calculations
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is plus
- Intermediate programming knowledge in Python/R/SQL is plus

**Qualifications/Education**:

- Masters degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Biostatistics or Any other relevant background with knowledge in Python/R/SQL Programming skills
- Pharmaceutical Background or Degree in Pharma or Healthcare is an advantage
