**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.

- 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.

Global Functions Technology (GFT) delivers innovative technology solutions and key global platforms for Citi’s Global Functions division. These solutions enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term. Our products and initiatives adhere to Citi’s strategic architecture and support the end-to-end integration of multiple global functions within the bank including Finance, Risk, and Controls.

The GFT Finance Accounting Program is a multiyear initiative which will evolve Citi’s Accounting landscape, consolidating disparate flows into a Central Platform, evolving our Finance ecosystem. The program spans the entire of the Citi organization with stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Technology and the Chief Data Office.

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team along with leading team of business analysts. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees all technology components of diverse, moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
- Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
- In-depth analysis on project financials and various other financial decks.
- Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.

- Experience and/or understanding of regulations and dealing with regulators is a plus.
- You should have a strong sense of financial soundness and demonstrate a reasonable understanding of budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
