Global Functions Technology (GFT) delivers innovative technology solutions and key global platforms for Citi’s Global Functions division. These solutions enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term. Our products and initiatives adhere to Citi’s strategic architecture and support the end-to-end integration of multiple global functions within the bank including Finance, Risk, and Controls. The End User Computing (EUC) Remediation Program is a multiyear initiative which aims to reduce the end user computing via strategic and tactical solution. The Tactical solution is undertaken by GFT and user Appian solution to remediate the EUC. **Responsibilities**: - Demonstrates a higher degree of understanding of SDLC processes. - Coordinates activities of the multiple project teams, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines. - Determines scope and impact of program risks and issues; raises and resolves issues. - Track progress of the program against set plan and modify the plan as per the situation. - Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes. - Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals. - Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with business teams and external parties. - Has experience engaging with senior stakeholder on the progress, risk & issues, and any corrective action for the program on a set frequency - Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area. - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations and contribute to formulation of standards and strategies for own area and other functional areas. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication. - Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel and create high quality artifacts for various program related activities. - Experience in JIRA & Confluence is preferred. - Stakeholder management across multiple geographies and functions, as well as demonstrated ability to build a strong collaborative relationship that culminate in a delivery track record. **Qualifications**: - 10-12 years of experience in finance or investment banking **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
