L&D Support - Tuition Assistance

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Job Family Definition:_**

Using unique understanding of the training process, performs general and specific operational processes (e.g., data management and reporting) in support of the training delivery function, or in the company business/function, L&D segments and Centers of Expertise. Assists with researching and analyzing training information, tracks financial metrics, compiles data, formulates necessary reports, coordinates work processes, and performs other established operational and logístical procedures aligned to L&D business processes. Interfaces with vendors, trainers, designers/developers, and training participants regarding training logistics, facility arrangements, and materials.

**_ Management Level Definition:_**

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with mínimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Execute a business process and completion of follow-ups
- Partner with stakeholders including Program Manager & the Systems team
- Contribute in the Tool enhancement & Process improvement initiatives to optimize end-customer experience

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bacherlor's/Masters degree (preferred in HR).
- Typically 2-3 years in a training or related role.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Communication skills (Oral & Written) in English
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic collaboration, basic administrative and customer service skills
