**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage and communicate with potential clients to sell plots and real estate properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients regularly and handle objections professionally.
- Assist in the overall sales strategy and work closely with the team

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in plot selling or real estate.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong convincing ability with a natural flair for sales.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Active, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good personality and the ability to build rapport quickly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in plot selling or real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

**Location**:Igatpuri

**Salary**:30k-40k per month

**Benefits**:2 lacs accidental policy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
