**1. Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate in English (Honours/Pass) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualified (if applicable as per school board norms).

**2. Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of teaching English at middle or secondary level.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum is an added advantage.

**3. Subject Proficiency**:

- In-depth knowledge of English literature, grammar, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to teach both language and literature components effectively.

**4. Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Creative and innovative in lesson planning and teaching methods.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools (e.g., smart boards, PPTs, educational apps).
- Capable of preparing students for internal assessments, board exams, and other competitions.

**Job Description: TGT English Teacher**
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to classes as assigned (6th to 9th).
- Prepare lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, activities, and staff meetings.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational best practices.
