**Job Description: TGT Social Science Teacher**
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
- **Teaching Responsibilities**:

- Use innovative teaching methods to make learning interactive and student-centered.
- Align lessons with the school curriculum and examination guidelines.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, design, and implement lesson plans and assessments.
- Develop teaching materials and resources to enhance student understanding.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enrich the learning experience.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and address individual learning needs.
- Handle classroom challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Co-curricular and Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in activities related to Social Science (debates, quizzes, educational tours, etc.).
- Promote awareness of current events and their historical context.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with colleagues, parents, and school management to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development initiatives.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in Social Science education and pedagogy.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to improve teaching skills.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Support school events, functions, and administrative activities as needed.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
