**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Teacher **(Female Only)**

**Reports To**: Principal/Academic Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children.
- Use play-based learning techniques to enhance student engagement.
- Encourage positive behavior and ensure discipline in the classroom.
- Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a relevant field.
- Certification in Montessori or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
