**Job Description: PRT (Primary Teacher) - English (Female Only)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for primary school students (Grades 1 to 5).
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages students’ participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain records of students' progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Promote a love for reading, language, and literature among students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement interdisciplinary lessons and activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in education and attend professional development workshops.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. A teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed.) is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the primary level.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools for teaching.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
