- 1. Coordinate with unit heads to oversee regular asset audits and maintain updated inventories.

2. Assist in research and analysis of new business opportunities identified by Mr. Fernandes/CEO.

3. Support pre-opening tasks for new properties in collaboration with my reporting manager.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews while assisting with onboarding activities.

6. Organize and manage campus recruitment activities.

7. Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and tasks.

8. File paperwork systematically.

9. Monitor and manage schedules and deadlines for key projects and activities related to my reporting manager.

10. Arrange and coordinate schedules and meetings for reporting manager, and the CEO (when required).

11. Execute tasks and assignments delegated by the CEO.

12. Oversee office administration tasks.

13. Provide technical assistance to my manager within my area of expertise.

14. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership review as required.

15. Upload and manage documents in the DMS.

16. Plan and arrange travel schedules for my reporting manager.

17. Undertake any ad hoc assignments or tasks as delegated by leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
