**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products, services, or promotional offers.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers through professional and courteous communication.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record and update customer information in the company database.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture relationships.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow provided scripts and guidelines while making calls, ensuring a consistent and professional approach.
- **Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes, and prepare regular reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional phone voice.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Organization**: Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to think quickly and provide solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Schedule**: 9 to 6 O clock.
- **Environment**: This position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of remote work, depending on company policy.
- **Tools**: Provided with a telephone, computer, and necessary software.
