As a Tele-caller Executive at Growwithus, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services. Your role will involve building rapport, understanding customer needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our offerings. You should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services to prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
