The Majesstine Sports, is one of the Biggest Indoor Multi Sports facility in Bangalore located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify potential customers through research and databases.

2. Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

3. Sales Cycle Management:

- Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sales service.

5. Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

6. Customer Feedback:

- Gather customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
