Receptionist Telephone Operator

**Receptionist Duties**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining logs, and processing mail.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required.
**Telecaller Duties**:
- **Outbound Communication**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, follow up on inquiries, and provide necessary information about the institution's programs.
- Maintain a log of calls made, outcomes, and any relevant notes in the CRM system.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Collaborate with the admissions team to generate and qualify leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of potential applicants.
**Admission Counsellor Duties**:
- **Admission Guidance**:
- Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding admission processes, course details, fees, and other relevant information.
- **Counselling and Conversion**:
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person or over the phone) to explain program benefits and address student needs.
- **Record Management**:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students.
- Assist in preparing reports on admission trends and follow-ups for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in reception, telecalling, or admission counselling is highly desirable.
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
- Patience and empathy, with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully.
**Working Conditions**

- Standard office hours with occasional additional hours based on enrollment drives or events.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
