**Job Location**:Noida

**Compensation: 1.92 LPA during the first 4 months of training period || 4 LPA post training period.**

**Legal Researcher Trainee**:

This role is responsible for a a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a strong interest in the legal field and technology.

As a Legal Research Trainee, you will have the chance to work closely with our product experts to draft and review various acts, laws and cases. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our remedies and references are legally sound and meet the needs of our clients. This internship will provide you with valuable experience and insight into the legal aspects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Data Conversion**:

- Convert IPC, CRPC, CPC data into BNSS, BNS, BSA formats, ensuring alignment with the current ACT and maintaining specified data formats.
- **Legal Updates**:

- Update provisions and remedies to align with the current ACT.
- **Case Rephrasing**:

- Rephrase previous cases handled under the old ACT with the new ACT.
- **Legal Research**:

- Conduct in-depth legal research on various corporate law topics.
- **Drafting Legal Documents**:

- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements related.
- **Case Analysis**:

- Support the Development team by analyzing and summarizing case law and statutes.
- **Stay updated on legal changes**:

- Stay up-to-date on changes in corporate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and informing necessary parties.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to legal matters, providing valuable input and support.
- **Research Skills Enhancement**:

- Gain valuable insight into the legal industry and enhance research skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
