**Job Title: Legal Intern**

**Job Type**: Internship (Full-Time)

**Duration**: [3-6 months]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the legal team in preparing for hearings, meetings, and presentations
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research on various topics, including regulatory matters, corporate governance, and intellectual property
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and documentation
- Prepare and summarize legal reports, memos, and briefs

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school (JD or equivalent)
- Strong academic record and interest in corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Knowledge of legal terminology and basic contract law principles
