**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents**

Prepare, review, and finalize legal agreements, contracts, and other official documentation.
Ensure all documentation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Legal Consultation and Compliance**

Provide sound legal advice to the management on various matters, including contracts, business operations, and dispute resolution.
Ensure the company's operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- **Contract Negotiation**

Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts and agreements.
Act as a liaison between the company and external parties during negotiations.
- **Dispute Resolution and Risk Management**

Identify potential legal risks and provide strategies for mitigating them.
Represent the company in legal disputes when required.
- **Research and Updates**

Stay updated with changes in legal regulations and advise the company accordingly.
Conduct legal research to support business decisions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**

Communicate complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner to non-legal personnel.
Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel as necessary.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in legal research and analysis tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
