**Roles and responsibilities: Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue potential clients to convert them into paying customers.

**Escalation Management**:Handle escalated queries and issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation.

**Pipeline Management**: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and conversions effectively.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records and databases for participant details, payment receipts, and paper titles using designated tracking systems.

**Reminder and Follow-Up Initiatives**: Implement reminder and follow-up initiatives for presentation submissions, fee acknowledgements, and document verifications to ensure timely completion.

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions

Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability

Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

Requirements and skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,315.69 per month
