**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales processes.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
