**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role combines sales expertise with marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and promoting the company's IT infrastructure solutions across various marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT infrastructure solutions.

Present and demonstrate IT infrastructure products, including hardware, software, and networking solutions, to prospective clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Lead negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Track sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare reports on sales performance.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

**Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the IT infrastructure industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and running successful marketing campaigns.

**Requirement**:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create compelling marketing content and persuasive sales pitches.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure solutions (networking, cloud, hardware, software).

Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
